Shipping

All orders are shipped with insurance, generally takes 1-7 business days to arrive. 

Please contact us for International (orders outside of Canada and USA). 

Tariffs and extra fees by shipping carrier are responsible by the customer.

Policies

Final balance payment: If customer does not pay in 30 days, we have full authorities over the custom jewellery once 30 days past.

Refund and exchange: All sales are final and deposits are not refundable excluding certain conditions such as brand new item defected and incorrect order.
